The time between shipping and receiving
Orders are usually processed and shipped 24 to 48 hours after they are received. Orders within Canada are shipped and delivered by the " Canadian Postal System " (CPS). CPS shipping time ranges between 3 - 7 business days ( Business Expedited ) and 7 -10 business days either by UPS/DHL/FEDEX (Standard: Ground) to the USA. www.poppingboba.net is not responsible for packages arriving late by CPS or any natural disaster on a local or national level. Such examples are floods, earthquakes, spills, flat tires, union strikes etc. Due to shipping restrictions, not all products that are available can be delivered to overseas or international destinations. Large and heavy items are the most notable exceptions. Contact us by Email and we can clear all matters regarding shipping destinations if unsure. |

Have your tracking number, order # or P.O. # when tracking down your order. Due to the high volume of products leaving our shipping department. www.poppingboba.net cannot notify everyone regarding their order. Please Email our shipping department at sales@poppingboba.net and we will send you your notification messages on your product's whereabouts.
